Constantin brings hands-on experience from the front line of optical innovation, having launched both the Mister Spex Switch subscription model and introduced the eye health check at Mister Spex, one of Germany's largest eyewear retailers. He founded junini to bring innovation to opticians across and beyond Germany.

Ben brings 8+ years of experience as a software engineer across various companies and roles, most notably at SoundCloud. A repeat founder, Ben co-founded a social enterprise to facilitate access to state benefits.
